Insecure. Judgemental. Athletic. Ariel is nineteen, and is currently working as a tennis coach at the school. She graduated last year, and was named Harbour’s star player. Ariel is the older sister to Aurora Capulet, and younger sister to Cinderella. She’s down to earth, but a little too judgemental. Ariel is wary of men and doesn’t trust too easily after finding out in her senior year, that the man she thought she would marry actually turned out to be gay. She’s a sloppy drunk, and misses school and the popular clique she used to be in. Friends Since Ariel has been in California for about ten years, she’s bound to have lots of friends. She’d mainly socialise with people who’ve left school; but she’d probably talk to a few of the seniors who knew her when they were juniors, and would know a few of Rory’s friends. Enemies Ariel can be quite judgemental and often finds it difficult to drop her preconceptions of people. It’s likely she’d have a few enemies, and potentially students she teaches who don’t like her or tennis could fall into this category. Lovers So Ariel dated a guy called Todd for two and a half years during school. He was the love of her life and an aspiring tennis star. At the beginning of her senior year, Ariel stumbled across her man in bed with another man. Understandably she was heartbroken, but Todd begged her to keep things quiet. Stupidly, she pretended to date him for the rest of the school year- keeping his secret while inside she was torn apart. Then she hooked up with some guy, and Todd turned it around that she’d cheated on him and they broke up. So humiliated and furious; Ariel graduated with little faith in men. ....................... |
